Quotations
Website content is general guidance. A journey becomes subject to the specific quotation and booking confirmation issued for the requested date, route, passenger count and vehicle requirement.
Vehicle descriptions
Capacity pages describe planning categories and do not guarantee a particular make, model, age, layout or amenity. Requested features must be confirmed for the assigned vehicle.
Changes and waiting
Route changes, additional stops, waiting time, parking, tolls, permits, border formalities or materially longer operating hours can affect the final transport requirements and price.
Passenger responsibilities
The organiser is responsible for providing accurate journey information and ensuring passengers are ready at agreed times and locations. Special mobility, child-seat, equipment or luggage requirements should be raised before confirmation.
